Stephanie is a self professed body nerd, and she strongly believes movement is medicine. As an integrative holistic coach, she works with various cutting edge and traditional manual therapies to help get people back to optimal health and daily performance with a focus on the "whole" person.
Steph's passion is teaching people to move like humans again, and according to her: there is nothing better than helping others live their best, pain-free lives, and celebrating that win together.

I have been training with Stephanie for 4 years. I have gained muscle, lost fat, but most of all gained my self confidence back with help from Steph. Training 3 days a week, seeing results and enjoying working out is a stark contrast from my youth. The older I got, always taking care of my family, made me miserable. Steph has helped me put myself first, her knowledge of nutrition and several forms of exercise have improved my life to the point that I can walk with my head up high and can be proud of who I am. For a woman whom is almost 53, I could probably outlast someone half my age. One of my greatest accomplishments is being able to deadlift 195 for 5 reps.
