Six years ago, personal training changed my life. The impact was so great, I began my journey into the health and wellness industry as a personal trainer, hoping to help others discover their potential as well.

I became obsessed with learning all there was to know about holistic pain management due to my own back pain. I didn't believe pain killers, muscle relaxants and surgery could be the only solutions. After years of trial and error and some amazing mentors, I have have found what allows me to live my best, pain-free life, and it wasn't surgery! Now I strive to educate and break the mold of how we manage pain. 

Early in my career, I had the opportunity to certify in Fascial Stretch Therapy, leading to a passion in manual therapy, neurokinetics and helping people move well to feel their absolute best.

"Health is a state of body, wellness is a state of being." Complete wellness comes from a balance of a healthy mind, body, and spirit. As a integrative practitioner I work with clients to focus on all aspects of their health:  movement, sleep, nutrition, emotional fluidity and mindfulness. 

My passion is helping you discover your potential and provide individualized, long term solutions to allow you to take your wellness into your own hands and live your best, pain-free life. I rely on a variety of manual therapies to return my clients to a pain-free state, while retraining the mind-body connection and movement mechanics to address the root cause of the pain from the feet up!
